Following are the Ingredients you need for Doner Kebab Recipe:
 

  • 2 lbs Ground Lamb
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped or shredded
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon dried ground rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper



Firstly you need to Put onion into food processor and process it for 10-15 minutes and at a center of a tea towel, you need to turn out. Collect it the end of a towel until all a juice is evacuated. Now collect the onion into a bowl.

Now put the onion into the processor and add garlic, marjoram, rosemary,  lamb, salt, and pepper into food processor. Now process it around1 minute until made a paste. Now put a paste into a bowl.
Put a meat on the rotisserie skewer and mold into the sandwich patty shape. After that insert into the skewer. Now your patty shaped meat is ready to cook. Cook it at high temperature for 15 minutes. After cooking on high temperature, you need to cook on medium temperature for more 20-30mintues.  When the temperature of the meat achieves 165 degrees F turn off a heat. You need to allow continue spin for more 10-15 minutes. Now your Doner Kebab is ready, Serve on Pita bread.
