For the dough: Saj Bread Recipe 

  • flour (three cups)
  • 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp. 
  • 1 tbsp sugar 1 cup of hot water 
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Toppings include: 1 cup provolone cheese, chopped

Directions: 

1. Refrigerate overnight before serving at room temperature. Using oil or flour, roll out the dough. Combine the ingredients for the dough and set aside for half an hour before dividing into balls.
